Acute Kidney Injury and Nephrotic-Range Proteinuria in a Patient 18 Months After Bone Marrow Transplantation
A 67-year-old man with a history of hypertension developed acute myelogenous leukemia (AML). He was treated with high-dose cytarabine and achieved complete remission. After reduced-intensity conditioning with busulfan and fludarabine, the patient received a matched, related-donor, allogenic, peripheral-blood, stem cell transplant.
