In the KDOQI Commentary entitled “KDOQI US Commentary on the 2012 KDIGO Clinical Practice Guideline for Glomerulonephritis” that appeared in the September 2013 issue of AJKD (Beck et al, volume 62, issue 3, pages 403-441), there was an error in the commentary on recommendations 7.6.1 and 7.6.2. In particular, in the last full paragraph in the first column of page 416, the sentence “Two commonly used approaches, 2 biweekly doses of 1 g/m2 or 4 weekly doses of 375 mg/m2, appear to be clinically equivalent” should have read “Two commonly used approaches, 2 biweekly (ie, day 1 and day 15) doses of 1 g each or 4 weekly doses of 375 mg/m2, appear to be clinically equivalent.”
