This is the Research proposal to evaluate the impact of different phosphate binders on the  slowing cardiovascular calcification progression and QT dispersion in incident haemodialysis patients following 36 months. This is an Randomized, multicentric, perspective, Interventional study. Inclusion criteria are: age over 18, incident patients on hemodialysis. Exclusion Criteria are: congenital prolongation of QT segment syndrome; QTc >440 ms; bradycardia <50 bpm; sintomatic arrhythmia or any other significant heart problems; electrolyte unbalances (especially hypokalemia, hypomagnesemia, hypocalcemia); abnormal liver function tests; hypothyroidism.
