The C-reactive protein-triglyceride glucose index (CTI) is a novel biomarker integrating insulin resistance and systemic inflammation, both of which are implicated in the pathogenesis of chronic kidney disease (CKD). This study aims to investigate the association of CTI with CKD and reduction of renal function.
