Acute Kidney Injury in a Patient With Metastatic Leiomyosarcoma: A Quiz

A 59-year-old male patient with a significant history of recurrent metastatic leiomyosarcoma and right-sided hydronephrosis status post right ureteral stent presented with new onset of fever, shortness of breath, dry cough, fatigue, and myalgias for 1 week and was found to have acute kidney injury (AKI).
