Letter to the Editor on: “Development and Validation of a Knowledge, Attitude, and Practice (KAP) 2 Questionnaire and Its Utility Study Toward Nutritional Habits Among Non-dialytic Chronic Kidney Disease 3 Patients”

We read with great interest the study by Mahapatra et al., which presented the development and validation of a Knowledge, Attitude, and Practice (KAP) questionnaire tailored to assess dietary habits in patients with nondialytic chronic kidney disease (CKD).1 This work fills a much-needed gap in renal nutrition research and aims to foster patient-centered dietary counseling. However, we believe that there are several critical areas in which the methodology and interpretation may limit the generalizability and robustness of the findings.
