In the Core Curriculum entitled “Continuous Kidney Replacement Therapies: Core Curriculum 2025” that appeared in the June 2025 issue of AJKD,1 there were unit errors in the initial presentation of Case 3 on p. 780 and the example prescriptions section of Table 2. In Case 3, the Qd rate for CVVHD was given incorrectly. The correct Qd should be 2,000 mL/h. The corrected Table 2 is presented below.
