Adapting to Artificial Intelligence in Nephrology Practice

I am an academic nephrologist practicing for more than 10 years in a tertiary medical center. A 55-year-old man presented to my clinic with concerns about poor appetite and abnormal kidney function persisting for more than 3 months. He had chronic hypertension, without other relevant family history, and had been taking unnamed over-the-counter health supplements for years. He also reported mild exertional dyspnea that had developed weeks earlier. He had previously visited a local clinic, where blood tests revealed an elevated serum creatinine, and a urinalysis had shown blood and protein.
